Responsibilities include performing maintenance on specialised diamond drill rigs, handling general electrical installations on-site, and independently managing daily operational tasks.
Given the unique scope of work and specialized equipment you will be handling, we understand the importance of proper training. We provide comprehensive training at our Perth-based workshop to ensure you feel comfortable and confident before heading into the field. Additionally, on-site field training and introductions will be provided to support your success.

Information of the underground day to day activities for you to be aware of.
Visiting the underground Drill sites and conducting a visual inspection of the Rig, catching up with the Drill operators to resolve any electrical issues they have picked up on the Rig.
Monthly electrical servicing may take place on certain days. Attend to breakdowns and gain valuable fault finding knowledge through experience working with both HV and LV circuits.
Touching based with the team and giving feedback of how the day went, raise concerns with management and supervisors so we can enhance your next working day. Putting through parts orders if any consumables were used during the day and if a restock is needed.
Plan for the following day and be home for an early dinner.
